Tax Dollars For Green Energy Technology?


Q: Who should get it?
A: Institutions of higher learning with research facilities. (Same place private and public research money has always gone and succeeded)

Q: Who shouldn’t get it?
A: Startup companies by virtue of failure rate should not get it. (According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, 56% fail within the first four years.)


Contraception?


Q: Who uses it?
A: Virtually all of us use it.

Q: What is the cheapest way to obtain it?
A: Go to your local Planned Parenthood clinic and tell them you are broke. (They will give it to you.)

Q: What should happen to people who say they can't afford contraception?
A: They should be lobotomized and sterilized post haste. (People that stupid should not be allowed to have kids.)

Q: What is the most expensive way to obtain it?
A: Obtain by paying for it through your health insurance premium. (That way you include your insurance company’s expenses and profit margin in the cost.)

(I mean, how else is your insurance company going to be able to pay their officers those megabucks?)

Q: Who needs it?
A: All people who have not had frontal lobotomies. (For various and sundry purposes)

Q: How hard is to obtain?
A: Real hard. Just find a driver’s license office.

Q: Who would suggest selling guns to criminals (straw buyers violating Federal law) so that we can track them to worser criminals?

The Gay Life Style:

I have known and liked several gay people. I have nothing against them and no fear of them. I sometimes think that I might enjoy the lifestyle myself. However, I don't promote the life style.

The very important reason not to promote the gay lifestyle is, of course: If enough of us practice it, our species will disappear.

If we can’t fish in the “Little Tennessee River” because that might lead to the extinction of the snail darter, we certainly should not be allowed to promote the gay lifestyle for humans because that might lead to the extinction of the human species.

When I broach this point to women, invariably they say "gays can have children". If we all adopted the lifestyle tomorrow, do you seriously think that enough gay women would volunteer to be surrogate moms to support the whole species?

Abortion:

Both sides of this argument do nothing to reduce the number of abortions in the US, save for the rare occasion when someone murders an abortion Dr. or blows up an abortion clinic.

The number of murdered babies could easily be reduced by 2/3s. Since nary a soul on earth can tell us with any certainty how many times the cell of a zygote must divide before a soul attaches, it should be easy for both sides to agree to allow abortion only through the first trimester. Problem 2/3s reduced.

The sides just can't agree though. One side wants to pretend a viable human being is present almost before the sperm enters the egg and the other side wants to pretend that a viable human is not present during a birth after the head of a live fetus clears the birth canal. They want to be able to plunge forceps through the base of the skull to make a hole to vacuum out the brains to murder the baby (partial birth abortion).

Funny thing is, both sides know they are wrong. Both refuse to reason with one another. So we end up with something neither side wants. Around 1 and 1/2 million abortions a year in this country alone.

I'm not sure, but I think that Santorum would not add any logic or sanity to either of these debates.

Kathleen Sebelius, our Secretary of Health and Human Serivces is provably a fool or an idiot. I can't figure out which. But then again, it really doesn't matter. We're screwed either way.

Speaking of screwed:

Insuring Contraception is economically irrational. Certainly not deserving of public debate.

Insurance provides an economic advantage when a majority of the people in the pool do not use the insured service. Otherwise insurance only make a service cost more. After all, insurance companies are third party profit makers.

Example: Colonoscopies cost upwards of $3,600. They are covered by health insurance, even Medicare. Suppose we all go out and get one. Our insurance premiums would go up about $4,000 next year and the colonoscopy would go up the following year. The service and the insurance premium stay at the lower costs because very very few of us get colonoscopies.

Virtually all of us use contraception. Therefore, a debate about whether insurance should pay for contraception makes us fiscally irrational. It also makes anyone who would suggest such a thing a fool or an idiot.

Is that what we've become? Are we a society that has become devoid of rational thought? We debate so many issues that don't warrant debate, issues with such simple and true answers.

We have a real thinker there in our Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kathleen Sebelius.

Kathleen wants those of us who are celibate to pay for contraception for those of us who are not celibate. Please don't make me do that. Come on over and I'll show you how to have plenty of fun with sex doing things that don't cause pregnancy, with or without contraception.

Oh Yea. Kathleen is a fool who thinks she is so smart that she can decide things for us that in her own words "Success often doesn't show up until many years later. And even then it's hard to see". Yes. Success is always hard to see when you're a fool or an idiot. I ask you Kathleen, who dresses you and keeps you from drooling on yourself?

Don't color me cruel. Color me realistic.

Please go out and vote Republican in November and save us of from these fools.

I always thought that the worst thing about Bill Clinton's sexual behavior was that otherwise honorable people spent so much energy defending him, making themselves look so very small in the process.

Bill was perhaps the only man in America who could have ever gotten away with having sex with a young girl at the office, on the clock; and then confusing the kids as to what actually constitutes a sexual act.

But that's just my opinion, Sparky. Maybe it actually clears ones head and we should all do it.

What do you think, Sparky? Should we start a campaign to allow old men to have sex at the office with the young women? Should we make sure to elect people to office who believe in that sort of behavior?

Tampa Police Chief Jane Castor reports Dontae Morris, who shot and killed Officers David Curtis and Jeffrey Kocab, turned himself in.


FBI and local authorities report that violent crime is down significantly in 2011.

At her recent retirement ceremonies, Mayor Pam Iorio, of Tampa, Florida reported that violent crime was down 61% during her 8 year tenure.

A Bay News 9 article on December 28, 2011 reported the headlines above, along with source documentation.

Do those headlines seem compatible with the assertion that violent crime is down? Maybe we are being less violent to each other and just a lot more violent to the Police. What do you think, Sparky?

Violent crime is not down. You know that. I know that. Sad that the authorities think we are numb enough to believe their propaganda. True enough, we can't quite figure out the reason(s) behind it. But we know the truth of the matter.

I have long been afraid of men with power and influence who present themselves with milk toast voices.

I have long thought that these men are capable of cutting out your heart, all the while smiling at you and talking to you in that sickening milk toast tone of voice.

That's just not right, Sparky. A man who is capable of that kind of brutality should speak mean, loud, and gruff, and passionately like I do.

Economically speaking, it all boils down to this simple little truth, Sparky:

Nation has X amount of money and that equals X amount of goods and services on a date certain.


On the date certain plus one day:

Nation doubles money supply. Nation still has X amount of goods and services.


Figure it out yet, Sparky? On the date certain plus 1 the new Buick that was worth $25,000 yesterday is worth $50,000 and you, poor thing, still have the same number of nickels in your bank account.

Nuf said? Well, when you hear the Secretary of the Treasury or the head of the Federal Reserve bank or the President of the United States talk about QE3, that stands for "Quantitative Easing" and that means printing more money for the same amount of goods and services. They have already done QE1 and QE2 over the last 30 months.

Want to know if that is a good thing? You best not ask a Harvard or Princeton economist or a Republican or Democratic politician. Track the price of bread, peanut butter, Buicks, and your income for a few weeks.
